Habits of a fit woman
This is not a science-based text. These are the habits of a fit and strong woman. Some are useful, some are also a bit funny, as none of us is perfect and we all have our own whims.
STRONG CORE AND FLAT BELLY
In order to have a strong and flat stomach, one needs to practice a combination of cardio exercise, strength exercises that activate the Core, balanced diet and lots of dedication. I am very proud of my six pack, which is partly result of my genetics, but mostly a result of proper nutrition, hard training and the fact that I've been always very keen on abs exercises (the harder, the better; and I never stop searching for a way to make them even more difficult).
NUTS – TOP 5
Nuts are great source of healthy fats, dietary fibre and protein. The fats in nuts mostly consist of monounsaturated fatty acids, as well as omega 6 and omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. They also contain some saturated fatty acids. In addition, they contain vitamins and minerals, among which vitamin E and magnesium stand out.
